ARE YOU COMMITTED TO HELPING US REGULATE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE WITHIN ENGLAND?

When thinking about what drives you every day in your job, what keeps you motivated and passionate about your work what comes to mind? For 3000+ people at the CQC we end each day knowing that we have made a difference to the lives of those most in need in our communities. We make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage care services to improve. We are looking for people who are caring, demonstrate integrity and work well as part of a team to join with us and share in this sense of achievement. If you would like to help us, make a positive impact to health and social care within England, then read on.
Why this could be a great role for you….
As we develop and deepen our capability in Business Architecture, within our Change and Improvement Directorate, you will be a key member of a small team.
You will provide advice and guidance to internal project teams working on initiatives for change, to break down complexity and produce clear outputs. And you will support the wider Service and Product Design team to maintain the library of artefacts that underpin CQC’s Operating Model.
This is an opportunity to work with key stakeholders to address business scenarios through applying architectural methods to develop key artefacts to add to our Operating Model library.
It is also a great opportunity to develop and enhance your own skills in Business Architecture methods and tools and the Operating Model, including capabilities, services, products, and processes, and how they link to the CQC strategy, organisation structure, and technology architecture.
We want you to grow with us in an open and supportive environment, to be able to help us address the challenges we face in delivering our purpose. We will support your development and you will work closely with our Business Architect.
You will develop your own skills working with colleagues to guide and advise on how to address complexities and uncertainties in what each initiative needs to tackle, how this can be done and what will need to be done to make any changes happen.
