We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Development Support to join our Issuer Services, Corporate Trust Controls team. This role will be a hybrid model position (3 days a week in office), and can sit out of our Houston, TX or Pittsburgh, PA office.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
Global Specialist’s primary responsibility is to thoroughly review new business and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately within the prescribed time frame.
Update Onboarding Documents
Be a part of initiative staff training & represent as a Corporate Trust spokesperson
Enhance system testing and tracking
Embody a user champion for new initiatives and system upgrades
Act as GS business representatives for the new enterprise initiatives
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:
Undergraduate degree is required.
2 years’ work experience
expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations
A proactive, organized and detail-oriented candidate
