Responsibilities:

The Acute Assessment and Stabilisation services Team are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate Clinical Nurse Manager (ACNM). You will support the Charge Nurse Manager (CNM) with managing a large team of permanent and casual Registered & Enrolled Nurses and a team of health care Assistants. Provide leadership, be a clinical resource for the nursing staff and encourage quality improvement activities as necessary.
This is a unique role within healthcare in NZ where you will be able to extend your practice not only in an acute hospital setting as well as working within inpatient care, but you will also have the flexibility to expand further.

You will assist with important processes in this service by supporting the CNM with recruitment, orientation, coordinating education, performance reviews, service development and staff retention.
