Due to growth in our practice, we are currently seeking a commercial lawyer with 3 years + PAE to join our Commercial litigation team on a full time basis.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you will have

• At least 3 years+ PAE
• Experience in managing a busy practice
• Experience in commercial litigation
• Experience in regulatory law, investigations and prosecutions (in particular health regulation)
• Excellent organisational, analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Ability to show flexibility, adaptability and be a genuine team player

In addition, you will:

• be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
• have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
• have a desire for continuous development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• working on a diverse range of commercial litigation, regulatory investigation and prosecution matters;
• be a key contact with regular involvement with clients;
• appear in various courts and tribunals; and
• supervise and train junior lawyers.
