Description:
BRIEF
Due to an exciting and strong pipeline of work, we are looking for up to 5 Associates to join our Construction Advisory and Disputes team in Sydney and/or Melbourne. You will have the opportunity to advise on major construction, engineering, energy and resource projects across Australia and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate construction lawyer to join our growing energy and infrastructure practice.
The role will see you advising clients on issues arising from live projects as well as formal dispute resolution including arbitration, court, mediation and adjudication.

- Be a qualified lawyer with three to five years’ post-qualification experience (in-house or private practice)
- Have demonstrated expertise in construction law and dispute resolution
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences
- Be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced high-performing team, and
- Bring energy and passion to the role!
Additionally, we require you to have a Valid Right to Work for the country you are applying in, and that you are qualified to practice law in Australia.
