REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, consulting, or a related professional area.
  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

As an Associate Consultant in HR Consulting, you will play a critical role in supporting our consulting team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. You will work closely with consultants and senior consultants to analyze client needs, participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies, and contribute to project management and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in human resources principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Project Support

  • Assist in the delivery of consulting projects, including data collection, analysis, and the development of presentations and reports.Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking studies, and HR analytics to support project objectives and client recommendations.Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather information, clarify project requirements, and ensure alignment with client goals.Solution Development
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative HR solutions and strategies that address client challenges and enhance organizational performance.Project Management Assistance
