Qualifications
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate to join our renowned Corporate team in Sydney. Commonwealth qualified 3+ PQE (UK notional), total 5 - 7 years legal practice experience.
We are looking for individuals who have sound experience working in Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, PE transactions;

In order to provide our outstanding client service, we need to understand, anticipate and fulfil the needs and expectations of each of our clients. We are therefore looking for an Associate who is:

  • Enthusiastic, emotionally intelligent and demonstrates a keen interest in our clients’ businesses;
  • Recognised as producing innovative and commercial solutions for their clients;
  • Pro-active in identifying issues and able to work with clients in solving them;
  • Able to engender confidence in clients and collaborate with them;
  • Understand how to deliver a transaction to clients that meets their objective in a time critical manner; and
  • Demonstrate excellent managerial skills for client relationships and the ability to deepen and enhance existing relationships.
