Your Tasks
- Using your expertise and knack for communication you help us to advise customers from the German “Mittelstand” as well as multinational clients and take part in their lending transactions wherever you can.
- Your approach is holistic and you are involved in all aspects, from financial analysis to structuring transactions and preparing credit offers right up to closing transactions. You actively assist with creating and verifying documentation and negotiating the legal framework with your customers.
- Closing the transaction does not slow you down: Portfolio management is always on your radar; high quality is your way of life, and you keep yields within planned margins.
- National and global teamwork within CSL, e.g. with Syndications, Risk Management, Legal, Capital Structuring & Advisory and Client Coverage is right up your alley, and you diligently follow up on and develop assigned leads.
- Last, but not least you are passionate about implementing our sustainability and capital velocity goals.
Your Profile
- Very good degree in economics or similar qualifications
- Several years of professional experience and extraordinary accomplishments in a transaction-driven environment
- Profound knowledge of financial markets, operating capital solutions and structured lending products as well as in negotiating, structuring, and implementing lending transactions
- Familiar with negotiating and in setting up “standard” loan agreement documentation
- Excellent analytical mindset, negotiating skills as well as a strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
