At Viddsee, we are building the leading storyteller platform for audiences, media partners, storytellers and brands; incubating talents & IPs, and furthering the potential of Asian stories.

EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

• 7 or more years working as a Creative, ideally in the agency setting in the Marketing/Advertising industry.
• Deep understanding of branding, visual attributes, typography, composition, color, layout, design thinking, and content strategy, with the ability to define, build, and differentiate brands via visual systems
• An eye for concepts and cohesive visuals across fields like video, photography, illustration, and Design.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and management skills with a proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Persuasive and articulate in directing and presentation, inspiring confidence and trust within the Internal team and with Clients.
• An effective people-manager that is a team player who nurtures an inspiring and collaborative environment.
• Skilled and proficient with Creative tools - such as, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
• Knowledge of video editing tools is preferred
• Great understanding of Social Media Platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Associate Creative Director, Art will be responsible for work produced on behalf of our clients, as well as any work created for Viddsee. You are required to conceptualise, produce and implement disruptive creative and content that solve both the clients’ and Viddsee’s briefs or goals. You are also expected to maintain our company’s standards of creative excellence.
The Associate Creative Director will also be working closely with different internal teams within Viddsee to support and create assets for a wide range of campaigns for audiences and clients alike.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and conceptualise creative ideas that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
• Demonstrate a sharp understanding of project briefs and industry trends & insights to drive discussions with teams and craft exceptional pitch decks.
• Oversee, collaborate and lead the Creative Team to ensure a high standard of creative output that delivers against key objectives.
• Work closely with the Commercial/Client management, Marketing team, Production team and the rest of the Creative team to deliver remarkable and innovative ideas.
• Stay ahead of global cultural trends and industry updates, and proactively develop timely ideas for real-time content.
• Mentor the junior creative team to foster a positive work environment
