Job Description:
The key objective of the role is ensuring proactive and timely communication to customers and be the interface with internal functions to ensure high on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Customer Operations Specialist function offers the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure the permanent interface with the customer from account creation until the invoicing
  • Create customer accounts and maintaining them up to date
  • Entering customer orders in the system, proactive communication, replying within 24hours, ensure that order books are up-to-date and shared with the customer
  • Follow-up on orders from A to Z (from reception of the order to the delivery/Invoicing), ensuring perfect order execution to meet the customer requested date and timely invoicing
  • Drive resolution to reach customer satisfaction, escalate in case of need
  • Management and entering complaints
  • Interface with logistics providers and site schedulers in EMEAI/USA
  • Consider legal and administrative requirements related to national and international shipments
  • For import/export: manage bookings and track shipments to ensure on-time arrival, manage credit process and coordination of documentation, interface with banks
  • Consignment stock management as needed
  • Work closely with the commercial team
  • Participation in ad hoc projects aimed at improving procedures and working methods or reducing costs
