REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience as an Associate Data Engineer, Integration Engineer, or comparable position.
  • 2+ years of experience defining, implementing, and maintaining secure and reliable data integrations.
  • Experience with data handling, transformation and governance.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: writing XML, parsing XML, HL7, CCD, CSV, etc.
  • Experience with most of the following: PostgreSQL or Redshift, Linux, python, shell scripting, GitHub.
  • Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Java (Spring Boot Framework), JavaScript (Rhino).
  • Experience with ETL Services.
  • REST API knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient with software development tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business rules meetings with clients
  • Review and conduct bug fixes
  • Write unit tests for QA
  • Tier 1 KCI Monitoring and Support
  • Assist and support Sr. Integrations Engineer with various integration items
  • Keep technical documentation up to date
  • Do review and clean up after the project is completed
  • Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
