JOB DESCRIPTION

• Will be responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure sufficient stocks for FairPrice Online
• Manage inventory and stock level
• Ensure stocks are made available at the right time with the right quantity
• Liaise with suppliers to follow up and confirm delivery of order.
• Assist in handling enquiries from various stakeholders
• Employ data to support in managing the inventory, measure fulfilment and stock availability and forecast accuracy and data analysis
• Coordinate with different departments regarding product related concerns such as listing, promotions, replenishment
• Proactively take actions on near-to-expiring stocks and ensure low quantities for aging stocks
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• GCE A’ Level/ GCE O’ level/ NITEC with 2 years of relevant work experience in product knowledge
• Proficient in MS Excel, Analytical, detailed and result oriented
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
