WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for a passionate developer with solid knowledge and experiences in Object Oriented programming and fluent communication skills in German and English. If you meet the following requirements, we are looking forward for your application:

• Very good university bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related fields
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Knowledge of developing in at least one Object Oriented language is a must, ABAP OO knowledge would be ideal
• Willingness to work creatively and independently on challenging tasks in accordance with the highest technical standards
• Professional work experience in a development role is a strong plus
• Good Knowledge in Web technologies (JavaScript and HTML5, Fiori, UI5) is a strong plus
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Very good team player
• Coding is fun for you

As software developer in the Application Services team „New York“, you will work on cloud centric development projects that are used by the latest SAP products like S/4HANA Cloud, the SAP BTP ABAP Environment (a.k.a. “Steampunk“) or SAP Analytics Cloud.
You will work in an agile, multi-cultural team alongside with experienced colleagues and early talents. You will be involved in the full development cycle, from discussing requirements with our stakeholders, over design, implementation, quality assurance, customer support to bug fixing.
You will mainly be programming in ABAP and JavaScript to build technology tools as well as Fiori apps for key users and S/4HANA Cloud.
The products you will be contributing to enable SAP customers and partners to tailor and enhance their SAP products in an easy way.
