JOB SUMMARY

  • This role is under the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in the broader Frontline Performance, Client Coverage Business Development Team. The Frontline Performance Team owns and executes a portfolio of productivity and frontline capability enablement tools, oversees external client wallet benchmarking, and coordinates strategic workforce planning.
  • The incumbent will work closely with the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in executing the commercial objectives of the CCIB business. The role will provide crucial support in executing against multiple pillars of workstream within the team including Frontline Insights, Client Wallets and Frontline Reporting.
  • To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess 1-5 years of banking experience, ideally in Frontline and/or project management roles with familiarity in core Frontline sales processes. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in fast paced and growing environment.
