EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS&SKILLS

  • 7-8 years of related experience in supply chain management, planning related to business continuity and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership skills including abilities to operate cross-functionally, sponsoring/leading projects with broad global scope, cross-functional nature, and an impact outside own department while promoting partnership between departments.
  • Depth understanding of all aspects of the business and Planning/supply chain strategies including total delivered cost, quality delivery, cost, inventory turns and service levels, and associated analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (with staff, peers, and levels above)
  • Ability to develop rapport with other functional leaders inside and outside the area if control to influence decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze tradeoffs between business objectives - the ability to think systemically.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the continuity and resilience of our global operations in the face of potential disruptions. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading a comprehensive Business Continuity Management program, as well as contributing to the broader enterprise risk management (ERM) framework. This is a senior position requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in BCM and risk management best practices.
You will build a strategy and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks aimed at identifying and msupervisingsupply risks, assessing financial and impact on healthcare & evoking corresponding mitigating strategies and tactics. You will also be responsible for Crisis Management for the Integrated Supply Chain.
Collaborating closely with ISC Leadership as well as Commercial and Finance Leadership you will define and own the implementation of the business goals for business continuity, inventory control, risk management, risk mitigation and relative training.
In addition to the above, you are responsible for the Planning Strategy for one of the BBS locations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Continuity Plans that address a wide range of potential disruptions, including natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Identify and prioritize potential threats to the organization, assess their impact and develop short and long-term mitigation plans and strategies.
  • Analyze data from BCM exercises and incidents to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the Business Continuity governance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key partand ners across the organization to foster collaboration and support for BCM initiatives.
  • Develop and present strategic plans for the BCM program, aligning it with the overall risk management strategy and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the entire BCM program lifecycle & ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations for BCM.
  • Set strategic direction and support staff in the development, implementation, and execution of Integrated Supply Chain processes in support of business continuity, risk management analytics and business objectives.
  • Develops and drives a communication strategy, including informal communication.
  • Reviews and reports on ISC financial targets for the project
  • Helps ISC Leadership identify, retain, and develop Top Talents within the BBS organization
  • Helps build and lead all aspects of the local Community of practice and gives insight into any idea/business case coming from the Community
  • Identifies talent risks, defines mitigation plans, leaders collaborates with functional leaders on developing individual career paths.
