20-30% overnight travel required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years training experience. Prior applicable Novo Nordisk experience will apply.
- Experience with leading enterprise-wide curriculum, capabilities and learning & development experience required. Proficiency in the enterprise-wide functions and project management highly preferred.
- Design/development experience required. Leader development experience required.
- Strong executive presence required - ability to impact, influence and interact with senior business leaders and partners.
- Strong cross-functional leader and communicator required.
- Strong strategic and business analysis skills required.
- Strong project management skills required.

Responsibilities:
- With alignment from the Director, Capabilities – NNI Employee Experience, build and manage assigned curricula & measurement strategies within (mid-high complex curriculum and/or asset build to support individual contributor, 1st line leader, and 2nd line leader development)
- Effectively establish, deepen, and sustain key relationships with divisional learning team, senior level managers and business SMEs to understand their business needs and related performance gaps
- Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to define desired performance outcomes; provide feedback and coaching on issues related to learning programs and policies
- Through performance consulting, identify performance needs and gaps and facilitate delivery of learning solutions to the business, when appropriate
- Monitor, analyze, interpret, and report internal trends; make recommendations for learning solutions for the division or function, as appropriate
- Liaise and partner within NNI Employee Experience, Capabilities Leads, HRBPs and Global P&O colleagues to design, develop, curate, co-create learning solutions, as needed
- Liaise and partner with business management leads to ensure relevance and value of curriculum and successful learning outcomes
- Engage in tactical vendor management
- Adhere to content management strategy and create awareness of asset development within Employee Experience
