Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Navigation, the Associate Director will join the senior leadership team of Care Navigation to form a team that facilitates and sets the standard for clinical and operational excellence.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent independent licensure
- 6+ years of mental health/substance use disorder experience
- Previous clinical leadership experience required
- Collaborative and solution-focused
- Takes ownership, breaks barriers and leads courageously
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with constantly evolving responsibilities and leading a team through change
- Tech-savvy: very comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms and efficient in tech-related tasks
The target base salary range for this position is $126,740-$158,425, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor clinical managers in their leadership of CN teams to drive clinical quality and productivity in Care Navigation.
- Drive on KPI performance across the team of CNs and managers. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, procedures and use of clinical interventions to improve KPIs and clinical outcomes for members.
- Monitor team performance and coach managers on improving CN delivery of clinical support and adherence to protocols.
- Effectively support managers and CNs with clinical escalations through consultation and skill development.
- Support professional development of team members.
- Partner effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional partners (Product, Care Support, Billing, Provider Operations, Employer Services) to improve processes and improve the member and Care Navigator experience.
- Partner with Clinical Partnerships team to represent Care Navigation, respond to customer requests and support launch of new customer populations.
- Embody Spring Health values; energize and inspire the Care Navigation team.
- Ensure adherence to Spring Health policies for confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
