MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or health-related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, drug development, and/or related fields.

The purpose of the Associate Director, - Patient Engagement Capabilities, CDDA, CoDesign role is to support the design of clinical programs and trials by leading the strategy for patient and researcher engagement delivering insights to inform asset profile, program strategy, and drive excellence in clinical trial designs, enabling more efficient planning and execution to speed medicines for patients.
