REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Minimum 10+ years of expertise in developing real estate assets across various sectors including commercial, retail, automotive, and industrial.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Negotiation and networking skills and ability to lead and execute within timelines.
• Excellent interperosnal skills

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

As a Development Leader, you will collaborate closely with various business units, including Automotive and Real Estate Groups, encompassing finance, marketing, asset management, design, and project delivery. Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage real estate projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within established timelines and budgets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and implement strategic plans for automotive real estate development projects aligned with the automotive strategy.
• Oversee the financial aspects of automotive projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Develop comprehensive plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with finance, design, project management and other departments to implement development plans.
• Oversee the automotive development lifecycle, from project inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and other relevant parties to maximize performance.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with automotive development projects and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular and comprehensive updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and other relevant parties.
