JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as the Associate Director, Educational Engagement Innovation Accelerator and be at the forefront of revolutionizing medical education and make a difference in the lives of patients!
Our Educational Engagement team strives to deliver exceptional experiences to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and is driven to make a positive impact on patient care through innovative medical education. We provide industry-leading omnichannel medical education in an effort to meet the needs of HCPs to treat and care for their patients.
As the Associate Director, Educational Engagement Innovation Accelerator, you will be a key contributor to our team’s success. Reporting directly to the Director of Educational Engagement, you will have the opportunity to shape our approach to medical education by introducing innovative strategies that align with our business objectives. Your focus will be on developing creative, integrated, and simplified learning methods that cater to the evolving needs of HCPs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to explore new ways of delivering medical education, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Your expertise and forward-thinking mindset will be instrumental in driving our educational initiatives forward, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the life sciences (pharmaceutical, biotechnology) or another highly regulated industry.
  • Relevant experience can be working in one or more of the following functions: Digital Marketing, Promotion, Medical Education, Consulting on Learning Experience, Digital Training, Customer Experience, Creative Agency Account Management, or related fields

  • Ability to work with stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and drive the release of medical education deliverables
  • Effective communication skills tailored to different audiences and executive presence

  • Strong collaboration skills across departments, functions, and divisions
  • Ability to manage multiple programs/projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in project management, facilitation, and driving results.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn business processes, practices, and regulations in the US pharmaceutical industry

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to work hybrid and be present at the North Wales, Pennsylvania (Upper Gwynedd) office at least 3 days per week.
