Job Description
Responsibilities:
Our growing UK&I Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team is looking for an Associate Director EHS Compliance Consultant to support the development and growth of the EHS compliance business across our existing client base and new clients. The role in particular is to manage the delivery of a broad range of EHS compliance services across many sectors including, but not limited to, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Water, Alternative Fuels, Hi Tech, Commercial and Energy. The main focus of the role will be on environmental compliance, but health & safety compliance is also a service we wish to develop more and in particular in Ireland.
This role represents a great opportunity to develop your career as a technical project manager, delivering EHS compliance solutions on a diverse range of projects that meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage: an EHS compliance team in the delivery of a wide range of environmental compliance projects, including compliance EHS auditing and environmental licensing & permitting. Example services include licence applications, licence variations and licence compliance studies such as environmental liability risk assessments and best available techniques studies.
- Collaborate: with client teams, AECOM teams and project stakeholders to deliver value added and innovative EHS compliance solutions for both large and small and often complex projects.
- Develop: Undertake line manager duties for a number of staff and support the development of junior members of the team, managing their input to projects and mentoring them.
