We are looking for a proactive, flexible and reliable Associate Director Façade Engineering Lead to join our team. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, and will possess a recognised engineering or architectural qualification. Working across a variety of projects both autonomously and as part of a wider team, it is key that you are able to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Profit and Losses, strategy, recruitment, business development
• Lead a team of Façade Engineers
• Liaise with the Fire Engineering team
• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Prepare and review FRAEW reports, sign EWS forms

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in a similar position, with ability managing staff
• Experience preparing FRAEW reports
• Chartership with a relevant professional body

About Building Envelope
Our Building Envelope team specialise in the design and construction of new projects from the ground up, as well as the maintenance and preservation of existing buildings. Our services encompass many specialities including structural engineering, fire safety, and dispute resolution. Additionally, we also deliver façade consultations for new constructions, existing buildings, and roofing. By providing these services, our aim is to enhance indoor comfort, improve energy efficiency, and prolong the lifespan of buildings.
