MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS required, MBA /other graduate degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience
  • Professional experience in an established performance management field (deriving metrics, creating reports, dashboards & scorecards, etc.)
  • Demonstrated therapeutic knowledge in Oncology / Hematology
  • Strong knowledge and Hands-on experience manipulating and interpreting healthcare data (ie: EMR, Claims, Sales, Call Activity, etc.)
  • Strong Expertise in Dashboarding and Reporting, and experience working with structured/unstructured data
  • Experience operating successfully in a complex organizational environment
  • Experience interacting with senior management, understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling their insight/analytical information requirements

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Leads the Field Analytics and Reporting function for the US Hematology Commercial Analytics Team. Partnering with US Hematology Marketing, Sales, and Matrix Teams, to answer key business questions and identifies business opportunities in the evolving Hematology Marketplace, through analysis of syndicated and BMS-internal data sets.
