What role you will play?
Playing a key leadership role in the team, you will lead a high performing team, demonstrate deep business knowledge, challenge the status quo, and work closely with a broad spectrum of senior stakeholders across the group including operating groups, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Treasury, the Finance Leadership team and our Group CFOs. You will have direct and regular exposure to the Group CFO, CEO and other key members of the executive.
Your contribution will be to drive thought leadership by developing Group FP&As ‘Value Add’ proposition and delivering the team’s change agenda for Group forecasting, scenario planning and business performance analysis.
Your team of business partners are closely aligned to SMEs across the organisation to deliver analysis and insight on business performance through a holistic and externally relevant lens. You will do deep dives on various topical issues to support the Board and Group executive in making strategic decisions on resource allocation and opportunities for growth.
You will work in a dynamic way and deliver independently at pace and your outputs will be varied, ranging from developing new commercial analysis for executive level consumption, delivering an operating model in line with the team’s purpose, and supporting the team with a global understanding of business performance through a commercial lens.
