YOUR MISSION

With immediate effect we are looking for a full-time (m/f/d) Associate Director of Image Analysis to join the Assay Development team at Resolve Biosciences.
As our successful candidate you have a demonstrated track record of leadership and experience working within the spatial biology and digital pathology arena. You will be a key contributor to establishing the analytical testing parameters for image acquisition and data quantification for the next generations of our Molecular Cartography platform. Furthermore you will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with internal R&D and operational teams to provide technical expertise and ensure the successful completion of milestones and deliverables.
The role is hybrid and based in the Greater Boston area but will need to work effectively with other global sites and external partners. The role reports to the Director of Assay Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with laboratory scientists to provide input on experimental design for assay development focusing on image analysis and data analytics.
  • Develop and maintain imaging instrumentation calibration standards.
  • Assess staining performance of developed assays using image analysis software.
  • Evaluate multiple software programs to identify ideal candidates for generation of algorithms to deploy across FF and FFPE tissue samples.
  • Manage the processing of Molecular Cartography data and its output, including data visualization and distribution via graphs, plots, and tables.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new software features including spatial analytics and visualization.
  • Provide successful image analysis training to fellow colleagues and team members.
  • Prepare technical documentation including SOPs, work instructions, specifications, studyprotocols, and study reports as it pertains to image analytics.
  • Ability to operate fluorescent and Brightfield microscopy imaging systems.
  • Generate written and oral presentations of technical updates for presentation at internal meetings for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other internal groups at Resolve to ensure open communication and timely completion of deliverables.
