SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other relevant field of study
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as in security roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience managing security operations, SOCs or equivalent security programmes
  • Experience in Enterprise security solution management, intrusion analysis, incident containment, and response
  • Leadership Skills Strong leadership abilities to manage security teams effectively and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, law enforcement agencies, and internal departments.
  • Analytical Skills Ability to analyze security data, identify trends, and implement proactive security measures.
  • Compliance Knowledge Understanding of security regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
