SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for an individual that understands what it takes to be the best and preferably with proven success in a similar environment.
- Bachelors in Business / Marketing / Communications
- At least 8 years in F&B Marketing. Prior experience in the hospitality, entertainment, travel or luxury lifestyle sector is highly desirable, but not essential for candidates who demonstrate exceptional strategic acumen and a passion for our brand vision.
- Proven track record operating full funnel marketing strategies with savvy background in e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills combined with the confidence that comes with functional experience.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and empowering teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business impact.
- Passion for innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering world-class experiences.
- Be curious and creative, capable of logical thinking and strategic planning.
- Be meticulous, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way.
- Be able to handle ambiguity, high workload, and extreme amount of detail.
