  • Life Sciences Degree
  • Sales and marketing education or advanced degree (Scientific PhD or MBA)
  • More than 5 years of experience in life sciences
  • Experience in sales, sales support, and marketing (2-3 years)
  • Deep understanding of marketing methods and Mass Spectrometry markets
  • Fluent English, German would be an asset

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Developing and driving the growth agenda of Tecan’s life sciences MS business
  • Defining and overseeing the execution of the MS product/application roadmap
  • Building relationships with key MS players and engaging in strategic partnerships
  • Leading both organic and inorganic business development efforts
  • Launching new products/solutions with strong commercial execution
  • Defining and prioritizing strategic objectives for the MS marketing plan
  • Establishing and maintaining a network of Key Opinion Leaders in MS sample prep automation
  • Driving voice of the customer initiatives and market analysis
  • Evaluating new business opportunities and coordinating projects
