As an Associate Director – Network Proj/Prog Mgmt, you will have supervisory responsibility for directing, planning and apportioning the work of employees including interviewing, selecting and training, recommending the setting and adjusting of rates of pay and hours of work, coaching and assessing performance, hiring and firing and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policy.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 + years of successful network experience.
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Our Associate Director - Network Proj/Prog Mgmt earns between $141,300 - $254,300 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assembling account and project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed for both life cycle management and project phases, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project.
- May develop and manage budgets and schedules, establish metrics for reporting on project status.
- Must be familiar with the scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
- Provides direction and oversight to project managers responsible for technical engineering projects.
- Uses specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to plan, communicate, and achieve objectives through the team.
