Description:
As the Associate Director of Local Government and Political Engagement, you’ll be part of a team that develops and implements local government programs with a focus on relationship building at the local level. You’ll also take the lead in coaching our county Farm Bureau leaders, staff and members on political engagement and local government processes. You will address key local legislative and regulatory issues and develop programs that involve our members in the political process. As a member of the local government team, you’ll also work with the department on member and leadership outreach and education on many different issues impacting at the local level.
