Specifically, our team develops and distributes the Cocoon® Platform which addresses challenges in cell therapy manufacturing as a functionally closed, automated, and scalable solution for personalized therapy manufacturing. As the Operations and Manufacturing Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational and manufacturing functions of our ISO13485/9001 certified facility. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
We are looking for someone with sound decision-making skills, the ability to liaise within a matrix environment and someone that will build trust and positively influence outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree; Science or Engineering focus, preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a GMP regulated environment
- 10 + years of experience in Operations and/or Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISP 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
- Ability to communicate across all levels of organization
- Must be able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 100% onsite responsibilities in Kingston, ON- relocation is available
