The Marketing and Recruitment department at INSEAD drives global student recruitment, enhances brand visibility, and manages strategic marketing initiatives. They engage prospective students, execute targeted campaigns, and ensure INSEAD’s programs attract diverse, high-caliber candidates from around the world.
INSEAD seeks an Associate Director, Product Marketing, Online Programmes to join our Marketing and Recruitment department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Asia Campus in Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA, Master or MBA in related field
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of working experience, with a preference for relevant experience in the executive education and/or online learning area
  • Strong technical and digital capabilities that enable product, process and channel innovation
  • Some knowledge and experience of new learning pathways considered a plus, including stackable and micro credentials
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with people at different levels both internal and external to the organisation
  • Excellent strategic thinker with an agile, innovative mindset
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated ability to represent the department with other stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
  • Ability to manage and negotiate timelines and priorities to deliver projects of varying size and urgency

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the lead generation strategy and oversee the execution of product marketing activities for Online programmes
  • Lead competitive and market analysis across the Online space to identify and assess shifts in market demand across competition and key segments to uncover business insights and support the growth and innovation of the programme portfolio
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders on projects such as E-Commerce platform for Online programmes, product portfolio review , upskilling frameworks.
  • Works closely with the Online team and other stakeholders to lead on the launch of new programmes and new product categories including the development of new learning pathways
  • Drives innovation and maximises ROI across key digital channels including website, paid media and SEO.
  • Leads long-term partnership with Online Programme Manager (OPM), Emeritus, to ensure seamless design, delivery and marketing of the Long Form Certificates and Online Open Electives.
