Are you an experienced professional in Sales & Operations Planning seeking a dynamic role? Theramex is looking for an Associate Director to lead our Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring seamless coordination between sales forecasts and operational capabilities to drive efficiency, optimize inventory, and enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the 24-month rolling forecast process, collaborating closely with Commercial Operation Directors and GMs to finalize accurate volume forecasts at the SKU level.
  • Monitor sales trends, customer demand patterns, and market dynamics to anticipate changes and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Facilitate collaboration between sales, operations, finance, and other departments to integrate planning processes effectively.
  • Orchestrate S&OP cycles, lead pre-S&OP meetings, and prepare for Executive S&OP meetings to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Interface with Commercial/GMs, Supply Planners, and Product Launch Managers to identify and manage capacity shortfalls effectively.
