Job Description

Responsibilities:

Our diverse Town Planning Practice is recruiting an experienced Associate Planner to join our busy Planning, Environment and Sustainability business across the Island of Ireland, with a focus on building up and maintaining the business for the Republic of Ireland as part of a dynamic team. As a national team, we are flexible in terms of base office location across our offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Belfast.

Main duties would include:

  • Leading and assisting build our business within ROI as part of a wider all Ireland team.
  • Assisting the Ireland lead to develop and grow the team in size and experience.
  • Leading the coordination and delivery of planning deliverables across a variety of work alongside a multidisciplinary team of staff at AECOM.
  • Providing support and guidance to peers and more junior staff to distribute knowledge and ensure contemporary planning issues and legislation are cascaded and understood.
  • Working closely with marketing to promote and sell our services
  • To maintain a high profile within the profession via networking.
  • Lead and support tender proposals/ bids .
