Description:

We are looking for an experienced Associate Employee Relations Advisor to join us at Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust – A Trust rated as outstanding by CQC.
To be successful in this role you will have knowledge and experience of working in employee relations team, with a focus on sickness absence management, including advising managers on the application of employment policies and procedures. You will have passion for employee relations case work and the willingness to learn and apply the learning to other areas of casework.
This role requires you to have up to date knowledge of Employment Law.
You will work as part of the team to embed best practices and a smart approach to the delivery of an employee relations service across the Trust.
Experience of using a case management system for the recording and management of cases and the production of reports is essential.
