Job Description
The candidate will be required to fulfil technical, managerial and business development functions within the Africa Water Systems team. The candidate’s role will be national to support the greater team but with a strong local focus area in in the Western Cape are

Line Management:

  • The Candidate will act as a line manager and should be able to mentor, monitor timekeeping and carry out performance reviews, providing feedback on allocated technical staff. The candidate will play an active role in the technical development of the allocated team. He/she will act in a supporting role to the Associate Director of Water Systems Africa by delegating work and directing less experienced staff to complete assigned projects’ technical tasks.
