Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the COO organization as part of the Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion (DSRI) organization.
In this role, you will:
- Manage complex travel arrangements and calendaring for the executive. Effective scheduling of meetings and activities, as required, and in a timely manner.
- Assist with budgetary planning; balancing general ledger lines and/or expense accounts; researching general ledger issues.
- Establish and implement office procedures and controls, handle sensitive employee issues and confidential correspondence.
- Manage, create, and distribute reports and meeting documents as required; take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools.
- Serve as proxy on AIMS, ART, Concur expense approvals.
- Team onboard and offboarding
- Coordinate facilities support, floor administration, and space planning.
- Support DEI programs with meeting logistics, program facilitation, event management, meeting coordination.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Operate at the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy.
