The mission of the Continuing Education Team is to enable all personnel to pursue learning, attain expertise, and be empowered to apply expertise to organizational capabilities. This team will make a lasting impact through engaging, innovative learning to positively impacting patients’ lives by providing learning opportunities that reinforce high quality in our cell therapy products. This is an exciting chance to define learning strategy and make a lasting impact through continuous learning opportunities for talent across Supply Chain CAR-T!

EDUCATION:

  • A minimum of an Associate’s degree and/or equivalent degree is required; focused degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, preferred
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of training or related regulated industry experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Support overall launch of new Continuing Education Program in partnership with Learning Zone Team
  • Critical Success Factors: Infusing gamification, interactive activities, and team-building to deliver a blended Continuing Education program including compliance and professional development courses
  • Collaborate with Learning Zone counterparts to identify and embed relevant Welcome Week material into Continuing Education as needed (ex: Quarterly/Annual Required Trainings, strong focus on GDP/GMP.)
  • Engage internal customers to identify trends and training needs across the site for professional development and compliance training
  • Create content for professional development workshops and compliance training
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to understand compliance trends; Find opportunities to reduce deviations through training program
  • Partner with Operations Manufacturing to develop and incorporate plan for colleagues to fully engage in C.E. courses with minimal impact to production
  • Metric Continuing Education program to gauge and improve overall learning effectiveness
  • Handle survey logistics and communicate common themes to Learning Zone Team
  • Identify and evaluate trends in learning media and technology-based performance development solutions to improve effectiveness and innovation of training programs
  • Curate ideas for Continuing Education Menu of Topics based on insights from Culture survey/Other feedback from Raritan site
  • Create Quarterly/Monthly Calendar and maintain updates as program evolves with new content, speakers, team building activities and professional development courses
  • Manage classroom logistics: Room reservations, audio visual equipment, training materials, supplies, catering needs
  • Ensure the current Continuing Education Calendar is available to Raritan site leadership and individual contributors
  • Partner with Learning Zone Training counterparts to drive seamless connectivity from Welcome Week – Foundations – Continuing Education
  • Share Program updates with Learning Zne Training Team counterparts on regular cadence
  • If not facilitating, partner with Instructors to shape content and drive effective, immersive, sustainable learning experience
