The Associate Finance Manager - Operations will support the Senior leadership team and partner cross-functionally to deliver meaningful strategies, KPI’s, and business recommendation to drive operational success.

1. Support, evaluate and understand month end, Forecast, 3-Yr financial target setting for relevant business units, to ensure budget and forecast decisions are in alignment with company financial and strategic goals as well as buy-in from key stakeholders; in addition to creating operational building blocks based on trends and planned strategic change
2. Lead development of financial business cases for projects to assess size of opportunity with partners across relevant business units
3. Support/Lead multi business unit project(s) or process initiative(s). This includes full business case development, process redesign and scenario analysis, stakeholder management, and overall financial project monitoring and governance. Capable to effectively communicate results to stakeholders both in depth as well as in high-level summary to tie back overall financial strategy
4. Proactively analyze key trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend plans and contingencies to support the business teams’ delivery against financial targets.
5. Create, distribute and present standard management reports that provide clear and synthesized understanding of financial performance by channel.
6. Create detailed financial model & level of analysis for operational/SG&A costs to deliver on ambition.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical: Strong (Advanced) excel skills, PowerPoint, data visualization (SQL, BI, AI, etc.)
- Business skills: 4-6 years’ experience in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. Leadership skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize. Business partnering to challenge outlooks & push for optimal performance General Knowledge areas:
- Minimum Education Required Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum Years of Experience Required 3 - 5 years
- Not required but prefer a CPA/CA/CMA/CGA
