Job Description
Financing and Securitization Sales role. Client coverage, servicing and growing a financing and securitization institutional customer base. Trade marketing, execution and booking.
The role also provides desk support to the wider Global Credit Financing sales & trading team in backup client coverage.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Build and maintain a network of strategic relationships of institutional investors including Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Insurance Co’s, Custodian Banks and official institutions.
  • Primary and Secondary coverage of designated clients
  • Client onboarding, KYC/AML and trade documentation
  • Marketing of trader financing axes
  • Covering of Repo and Cash trading short positions vis the lender community and Bondlend
  • Trade Execution and booking of client Repo and CLO transactions
  • Credit and Risk limit checks
  • Develop financial product and market technical knowledge and understanding
  • Discharge all duties in accordance with the Certification Regime and related Conduct Rules, as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Strong financial market background;
  • Understanding of Financing and Securitization markets;
  • Strong verbal communication & presentation skills; and
  • Ability to communicate with Trading, Sales and professional clients.
