Job Overview & Responsibilities:
Mythics is seeking an Associate Functional Consultant (Financials) for our rapidly growing Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) practice. These solutions are core to our business and delivery activities with a wide range of Public Sector, Commercial, Higher Ed, Healthcare and Federal Government customers. Candidate will work directly with a Senior member of the team as your mentor. You will support a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects collaborating closely with other functional consultants to configure and tailor Oracle Cloud Business Solutions to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer requirements, leading design workshops, configuring business applications, and ensuring seamless communication between technical and customer-facing teams. With a proactive and customer-centric approach, you will contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing support of our solutions, making a significant impact on our clients’ business transformation journey. The solutions that you develop will contribute directly to the Digital Transformation of our customer base with products and tools in Oracle Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • BS degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, IT with focus on information systems or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Previous work, internship, or co-op experience, preferably with customer-facing responsibilities is preferred
  • Previous experience with computer software, business process design or customer service is preferred
  • Passion for technology, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and self-manage assigned tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
  • Ability to excel in a team oriented, project-based work environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in an academic, extracurricular, or professional setting
  • Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced mission critical environment and embrace challenges

Responsibilities:

  • Participate as an active member of the Financials/ERP functional team.
  • With support and direction of senior staff - design, configure, test, and implement Financial applications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and end users to ensure application system designs meet business requirements.
  • Write and execute test scripts to prove out application design
  • Support technical design activities related to integrations, reports, and extensions to Oracle Financial/ERP applications.
  • Assist with documentation and configuration of packaged applications
