MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years prior customer focused experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant degree in healthcare, science, or in a marketing related area
  • Healthcare or Science knowledge desirable
  • ‘Can do’ positive proactive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to operate in a team environment, working on multiple projects, and coping with changing priorities
  • Experience of managing projects from point of inception to conclusion
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding and demonstration of confidentiality where necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative while working independently, focusing on detail and understanding the way in which the work fits into the overarching strategy
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all staff levels, developing positive working relationships across the organization to enhance performance and accomplish work
    Location: Remote within the UK but travel to Convatec offices and other locations as needed

Responsibilities:

Remain passionate about and focused on delivering our ‘forever caring’ promise and ‘Championing higher standards of continence care for all’
Focus on understanding and serving our customers, and delivering a differentiated value proposition covering product, service and support through an omnichannel approach
Analyze potential markets, competitor positioning, and our customers’ journey to understand our opportunity to differentiate and best communicate with and serve our customers
Support the creation and execution of the global Continence Care Brand Plan on an annual cycle ensuring customer experience is in line with the Convatec Continence Care brand and strategy
Work closely with the Global marketing team on a range of marketing activities for short, medium and longer-term delivery
Understand and support our markets, with particular focus on our key markets – US, UK, France, Italy and LATAM
Establish and grow customer relationships from a global perspective across all digital channels, by designing and implementing digital/internet marketing approaches including developing and maintaining digital marketing content, websites, and web applications.
Enhance growth and performance though tracking and analyzing relevant KPIs at global level and local level in key markets and driving optimization of execution.
