As an Escalations Resolution Analyst in the Consumer Relations & Resolution Branch, you’ll play a crucial role and take charge of resolving escalations, complaints, and problems reported by consumers, utilizing your research and analytical skills. Your impact will extend across the CR&R Branch as you perform cross-functional duties and ensure swift, accurate resolutions for time-sensitive assignments.

As an Escalations Resolution Analyst, you will:

• Research and resolve high-level escalations, sensitive issues, and urgent access to care cases.
• Act as a liaison and assist with enrollment and eligibility discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain regular contact with customers.
• Perform cross-functional duties and serve as a team leader on studies, projects and various program areas as needed.

This position’s office headquarters location is designated in Sacramento, CA.
Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee’s office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies.

Working Conditions

• This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Covered California’s current telework policy. While Covered California supports telework, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksite with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.
