Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Training Analyst prepares, delivers, and facilitates lessons on Workforce Service functions, programs, and other subject matters using a computer, Microsoft Office Suite programs, Learning Management System, audio/visual equipment, virtual platforms, and a range of reading materials. Ensures course content outlines the correct departmental policies and procedures.

This position is located in San Bernardino County, but applicants must be willing to travel to multiple locations within Southern Division. Telework may be available once you are fully trained.
