Primarily a remote workforce, we currently function as a hybrid-telework team which requires our members to report in-office for 5 consecutive days per month.

Here in the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Branch, we are seeking motivated individuals with top-notch analytical, communication, and organizational skills, who value an empowering work environment. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to be part of a dynamic, high-profile business team.
We’re responsible for the modernization of business systems and processes for UI. As an analyst in the Change Management Unit, you will perform work with a high degree of independence on a variety of complex analytical assignments related to the EDDNext project portfolio. As a project liaison, you will utilize change management methodologies to develop and implement communication tools for various stakeholders and lead initiatives to enhance the UI program. You will use Adobe Suite, Canva and Visio to create, implement, and evaluate surveys, reports, and data analytics in collaboration with vendor OCM teams to ensure successful project adoption. You will also support UI program functions through updates, training coordination, and social media content development while actively participating in workgroups to enhance global awareness of EDDNext activities.
