Description:
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Workforce Management, Information Technology or related field is preferred
- Working knowledge of application systems and analyst tools
- 2-3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in maintaining strict confidentiality of information
- Familiar with HRIS systems such as API Healthcare Symplr, Workday, MediTech, Kronos, etc. is preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively with HR Professionals across all HR Centers of Expertise (COE) - Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR Development, HRBPs and HR Directors
- Processes employee change of status requests in a timely fashion.
- Keeps track of and accurately makes Position Control changes.
- Supports data collection for human resource department dashboards
- Verifies all new-hires & transfers have obtained the required licensure/certifications and enters all licensure/certification renewals in Payroll/HRIS system, checking against the position description.
- Performs detailed data validation to ensure integrity of all information in the HRIS system.
- Extracts and analyses data from the HRIS system to support regulatory and internal audit requirements.
- Provides support for data feeds and interfaces with third party vendors, such as People Fluent, HealthStream, benefits admin systems, EverCheck, etc.
- Oversees tracking and processing for other HR programs as assigned
- Produces required federal governmental and healthcare regulatory reports.
- Provides backup coverage to Front Desk staff as needed; supports service center initiative.
- Ability understand information quickly in a fast paced environment.
