Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing cyber threat analysis activities: Assist in the creation and presentation of reports and metrics related to threat analysis, learning to identify potential security threats.
  • Help in vulnerability management and incident detection/response activities: Support the team in monitoring and responding to security incidents and vulnerabilities under supervision.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of information security policies and procedures: Help maintain and update security policies and standards under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist with audit responses: Participate in preparing responses for external and internal audits, including SOX and customer audits, to understand compliance requirements.
  • Engage in GRC and vendor management programs: Assist in governance, risk management, and compliance activities, learning how vendor relationships impact security.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Support interdepartmental efforts to ensure company-wide understanding of security protocols.
  • Keep updated on cybersecurity trends: Learn and apply new security trends and technologies with a focus on enhancing security readiness and response capabilities.
