Job Description
To manage any assigned client relationships, (where applicable) with support from experienced relationship managers, across the end to end client engagement value chain, coordinating the origination and execution of client centric solutions, ensuring the clients’ needs are fulfilled, while managing risk, delivering exceptional client experience and contributing towards defined revenue targets.

This includes the some of the following :

  • Research, analyze and understand the individual clients and assigned client portfolio in terms of business model, strategic levers, business drivers and financial metrics.
  • Co-ordinate the client service team (CST) meetings; preparing the logistics, agenda, and content management. Contribute toideation and own the translation of action points post the meeting into tangible opportunities.
  • Contribute client research, analysis, financial modelling and scenario planning towards the preparation and delivery of relevantmaterials to drive a successful engagement (e.g. pitch books, RFPs, client presentations, case studies).

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Commerce
  • 3-4 years track record & experience in conducting research, analysis, interpreting and packaging qualitative and quantitative data, such as compiling client documentation (presentation books, presentations, memoranda, and other presentation materials) to share insight and create client value.
  • 3-4 years demonstrated experience & understanding of the Client Coverage capabilities.
  • 3-4 years demonstrated experience working in cross functional teams to deliver comprehensive client experience.
  • 3-4 years experience in portfolio management - internal stakeholder collaboration, query management, compliance, reporting, middle office support, etc.
  • 3-4 years proficient understanding of corporate credit and risk.
