Inside Sales is an innovative service provided by Medtronic, this service will offer a single dedicated product expert who will assist our territory with timely and accurate information. As a Inside Sales Product Specialist, you will enjoy the opportunity to work within a highly engaged and successful Inside Sales team, be trained and gain invaluable experience in supporting our market leading technology across a broad range of procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities
  • Serve as Inside Sales Product Specialist for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and all the relevant goals and metrics.
  • Generate market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities such as product demonstrations, focus areas or campaigns
  • Actively solicit all Medtronic product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate
  • Build relationships and trust with customers, be a key part of their buying decisions
  • Understand customer buying patterns and use it to schedule callsContribute to the fiscal revenue goal and propose/define tactical activities
