Responsibilities:

A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE…

Procare Solutions is a vibrant and client centric organization seeking an experienced and creative Instructional and Learning Designer professional who is passionate about making learning both effective and fun. This role will focus on partnering with the training team, product development, and subject matter experts to create content for client support and internal learning programs. As a fast-growing organization that is scaling quickly, this role offers growth opportunity for the right individual.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Designs, develops, and deploys learning assets including eLearning, videos, instructor-led (in-person and virtual), job aids, learning journeys, case studies, and learning experiences using a variety of modalities, including microlearning and blended learning capabilities.
  • Incorporates knowledge of instructional design theory, adult learning principles and evaluation methods to guide the design process.
  • Partners with team members, product development and subject matter experts to define learning objectives, target outcomes, and capture content to create employee role specific learning assets and client support resources.
  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive eLearning content, following storyboards, design documents and scripts.
  • Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance training materials, such as incorporating visuals, interactive elements, and simulations to create an engaging and immersive learning experience.
  • Create and execute project plans that will meet established priorities and deadlines, including conducting needs analysis, setting project goals, scope, and identifying and managing risks.
  • Follow Procare brand and style guide standards
  • May deliver train the trainer for subject matter experts and other functions.
  • Measure the training effectiveness of programs to include ROI.
  • Assist with administration of courses and training content in our Learning Management System.
  • Identify and perform ongoing course maintenance as necessary.
  • Test, identify and resolve any issues that learners could face when navigating through the eLearning courses.
  • Display effective organizational skills while managing multiple and competing priorities.
  • Acts and adapts to support roles within the team when needed to fulfill urgent or ad hoc requests.
  • Stay current on learning best practices and share trends in the spirit of team development.
